I AM AVVAL

I am AVVALPRIT KAUR. AVVAL stands for first, PRIT stands for love and KAUR stands for princess.joint together my name means FIRST LOVE PRINCESS.I am 12 and my height is 5 feet 7 inches.I am a resident of NEW DELHI.I am a student of APEEJAY SCHOOL,PITAMPURA.I study in VII grade.

MY FAMILY:I am the daughter of SIMARPRIT SINGH[@simarp] and HARMEEN KAUR[@harmeen] and the grand-daughter of HARCHARAN SINGH and GURNAM KAUR. My dad is the CEO of COMPARE INFOBASE .My mom is a designer,an artist and one of the directors in COMPARE INFOBASE.She owns the site dgreetings.My grand-father is an author at the age of 80.

MY FAVES:I love sports. I play basketball,soccer,tennis,I skate and I swim sometimes i even play cricket.I like to eat italian and  indian cusine .I like to spend time with my friends.My favourite colours are blue and black.I love watches.

MY FRIENDS:I have many friends in my society,my school and even in my tutions.I love spending time with them.I have all sorts of friends.some of them are funny,some are serious,some are extremely tall,while some are very short.I love all my friends.

Avval in the USA – Flight to San Jose

1. We left for USA on May 21st, 2008.
2. We went by American Airlines, i t was aflight of 14 hours
3. We went via Chicago to San Jose.
4. I slept for 8 hours on the flight.
5. We were served Dinner, Snacks and Breakfast. The food served was good.
6. I saw three movies on the flight – Welcome, 27 Dresses, Dhol aboard my flight.
7. It was a five hour stay at Chicago.
8. When we landed at Chicago airport I learned some basic  rules about living in USA, like doing all your things on your own etc.
9. I had Nachos and fruits and had juice.
10. We went to Admiral Club Lounge at Chicago Airport only.
11. The Lounge was better than the airport, you could see the arrivals and departures. There were snacks provided for you. You could have your own private area.
12. It was five hour journey to San Jose. It was my worst journey ever in a plane, because; my iPOD ran out of charge; my Nintendo ran out of charge; I felt very cold; they were providing snacks to business class and not to us; I had to keep my leg on the wall, reason being I was trying to sleep, but couldn’t, etc.
13. When we were about to land I saw Papa’s office building from the aircraft, I was surprised to see many exciting and new things which I wasn’t able to see in India or in the whole journey.
14. I felt very happy when the announcement was done that we have landed because I couldn’t stay more in that flight and see mountains half covered with snow and half not any more.
15. San Jose airport was very nice and our luggage had come before us.

My Day with Gungun

Gungun and myself study in Apeejay School, Pitampura.

 

On 16 of Feb, 2007. me and my friend Gungun planed that she will stay at my home for 4 hours. On 16 Feb, her mother came to pick both of us when we reached school she went for her song and I went for my dance. Then on12: 00 she was finding me and I was finding her so when we met each other then we saw my grandfather and we ran to him then we told our teachers that we are going. On the way we played games teased each other, my grandfather bought me a tiger we played with it a lot. When we reached home we immediately changed our dresses. My mother had made pizza for us we ate it then we played with dolls. After that we made bhel puri and drank a glass of Tang. My grandfather gave us fruit chaat and we made our club named STAR CLUB we enjoyed a lot. Finally my friend’s mother had come to pick her up. Just then my mother came  from office and both the mothers talked for half an hour, in that half an hour we played stepo and we laughed a lot. It was the first time we had enjoyed so much.
